Download the document to the hard drive of your computer (Right click, Save as). 2. Go to the Google Translate website, translate.google.co.uk 3. Select the 'translate a document' option. 4. Find the document you just downloaded to your hard drive by using the 'browse' button. 5. Select the language to which you would like to translate the document. 6. Click 'Translate'. Meetings: If a person who does not speak Welsh wishes to make a presentation on a matter on the Agenda, he/she is welcome to do so in English. If he/she wishes to listen to the rest of the meeting, he/she is expected to provide his/her own interpreter (at his/her own cost).
